The first day of playing guitar was very rough. It’s been a really long time since I’ve picked up the guitar because I got busy and lost motivation. I had to remind myself of all the guitar string notes. All of the callus on my fingers was gone, so I’m going to have to start from scratch. I started by playing “Wait a Minute!” by Willow because I saw it was an easy song to play on YouTube. I’m definitely rusty. I kind of remembered how to play the chords but they weren’t clean at all. I couldn’t play the chords at a good pace, and I took way too long to move my fingers. The video for day one is in the menu and down below. It’s really bad so brace yourselves.
The second day of playing guitar was still really rough but a little better. My fingers really hurt on day two because I was remembering to press really hard on the strings but you don’t get callus by playing for one day. I was kind of lazy and didn’t really want to play on day two but I forced myself to do it. Before I stopped playing for a few months I learned how to play “I Want to Hold Your Hand” by The Beatles so I tried to see if I could still play it, and I actually somewhat remembered the chords which is kind of crazy because it’s literally the only song I remembered how to play. Why my brain decided to remember that song, I have no clue why. It was still pretty rusty but it was there.
